Benefits of Isifutho
ISIFUTHO is a Zulu name meaning magick sauna or sweat lodge. it is the most important part of healing rituals.
isifutho help one cleanse not only the body but mind, soul and spirit.
isifutho is a good method of banishing evil spirits and uncrossing hexes.
it cleanse your Aura and balance your chakras.
i have heared somewere that it stimulate the production of white cells.
it is good for skin problems,it open pores and improve the skin tone leaving you radiant and beautiful.
when you take isifutho rites people notice you, your vibrations also improve.
to benefit from isifutho you must use the correct muthi for a certain problem. like for instance you can't add confrey for financial road opening, you must obviously add cinnamon or money plant with your other roots in order to achieve financial blessings.
isifutho is the best solution to remove isichito( hex/jinx)
it also help open the third eye, amathwasa benefit from isifutho to open their chakras and be able to communicate with their ancestors.
isufutho follows emetic(phalaza) rituals after banishing tokoloshi in the forest.
INSIDE ISIFUTHO
esifuthweni is like in the church.it is a good place to meditate on your problem and visualise the problems being solved.
you must not talk to each other whilst esifuthweni, everybody must pray or communicate with their ancestors.some people sing prayer songs whilst esifuthweni.
esifuthweni is a good place to cast spells.
it is also a good place to relax, release tension and connect with your spirits guides.
how to prepare isifutho
make fire and organise stones for burning, leave the stones to burn till redhot.
collect the red hot stones with a shovel and put them inside either a 10 to 25 liter tin, close all windows and door of your sacred room. slpash boiled muthi on the stones, sitdown on a chair or bench, relax and perform your rituals.
another new age method is to plug in(on extension) a two plate stove, put two pots or tins filled with water and muthi for your kind of problem.have a blanket or bed plastic(the one they wrap a new bed with).
get a tin to sit on or bench.relax and perform you rituals under the blanket or plastic, becareful that the muthi do not spill or wet the plugs, water is a conductor of electricity you will not come out alive if you are careless!
other than that isifutho ritual will benefit you all the way,all year round and for the rest of your life.

DANGERS OF UKUTHWASA OTHER SPIRITS BEFORE YOUR PARENT SPIRIT During my years of practicing as a sangoma and a trainer,i have come across many peope who still suffer spiritual problems like ordinary persons even though they have undergone training and initiation. I always discover when i do bone readings for them that the main cause of their problem is similar, that they have been initiated under foreign or secondary spirits before their family spirits or sometime some of them have not even yet been initiated under their parent spirits, but they are already gobelas! It is so very useless and dangerous to undergo sangoma thwasa rituals invoking foreign spirits whilst yours are put aside. Some gobelas are so greedy they don't explain this to their clients. first of all you must shop around for a Gobola who is qualified to train the type of spirit u posses before you decide. Our spirits are grouped in the following mannar.if you are under the following t...
